Job Summary

Role is to minimize risk. To verify data and all customer information, review photos, customer complaint and distinguish whether it can be submitted as a product claim under the warranty.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage 5-8 claims per week.

Field the site request, based on the product , and its location they have to coordinate with the area technician  to coordinate a site inspection of the product.

Analyze data from reports and determine based upon report, whether the occurrences are valid under the product warranty conditions or not.


Education and/or Knowledge and Skill Requirement

Need construction building material experience

Need great understanding of technical installation guidelines, understand building construction

Basic math skills

Negotiation skills

MS Office, strong excel ability

Must be able to put together a presentation to display the product issues.

75% Evaluating Claims – After site inspections and submit data

15% Negotiating with customers – To get them to buy into the right option to resolve case

10% Initial stage of claim process – Send claim package, going through it with customers, make sure they submit all parts


Prior Relevant Work Experience

2-5 years warranty experience in construction building materials is preferred.

2-5 years claims handling experience is required.

High school degree required

4 year degree highly desired.
