The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full lifecycle recruitment function as well as onboarding at Nichiha USA. This position will help us to identify and attract the best candidate for Nichiha openings. This process-oriented individual will use superb written and verbal communication skills to provide timely contact with candidates and interview teams during the recruitment process. The TA Specialist will help ensure a smooth interview experience and ensure that all steps are completed for the onboarding process. The Specialist will also maintain interview records and job descriptions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Post jobs, source candidates, screen candidates, schedule interviews and provide other support during the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage and facilitate the interview process to ensure a positive and timely experience for each candidate.
  • Coordinate with universities to post positions, schedule on-site interviews and attend career fairs.
  • Draft offer letters
  • Schedule candidates orientation and other onboarding activities
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required.
  • Collect data and provide metrics for HR activities including hiring, attrition, and compensation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience is required; a minimum of 2 years is preferred
  • 1-3 years of  experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Experienced in online recruiting
  • Knowledge of Federal and state laws regarding employment practices

 

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other 4- year program
  • PHR or recruitment certification are desirable
