POSITION SUMMARY:   Complement sales and ensure integrity of product installation through extensive technical and performance knowledge of all Architectural Wall Panels (AWP).  Promote installation best practices through effective communication of said knowledge.  Develop and maintain a successful installer network by communicating, training and auditing completed installations.


  • Build and maintain a network of qualified installers in assigned territory
    • Identify key installers and dealers and nurture the relationship through training, mock wall, job starts, audits and follow up.
    • Maintain constant communication with key installers and dealers in their territory
    • Communicate proper vision of the company and proper install guidelines and best practices
    • Communicate new product, installation and testing updates
    • Evaluate effectiveness of current strategies and programs
    • Provide suggestions for improvement of the training program
  • Job site visits / Job starts
    • Represent Nichiha in a respectable manner by observing and following the rules of a commercial jobsite
    • Complete observation reports for each jobsite visit, within 48-hours of the visit
    • Communicate with the Salesforce opportunity point of contact before and after the site visit
    • Determine whether complexity or size of the job start requires multiple visits and plan accordingly
  • Complete warranty claim inspections
    • Submit completed warranty inspection report within a 48-hour period
  • Attend the technical department bi-weekly conference calls and quarterly in-person meetings
    • Report on any issues observed at job starts
    • Bring ideas on how to improve the department
  • Manage sales resources as they relate to technical
    • Maintain cordial communication and relationship with local sales territory manager and division manager.
    • Attend bi-weekly conference calls. Use as a platform to relay new technical information and answer questions from the sales team
    • Attend sales calls / lunch and learns when needed
    • Host a job start with a sales territory manager when needed
    • Attend Design Review meetings when needed
  • Answer technical questions from customers either by phone, email or in person
  • Assist in product development when appropriate
  • Participate in company annual meetings
  • Gather information on prospective installation methods, new products or strategies


  • In-field commercial construction experience preferred
  • Excellent understanding of the construction process
  • Ability to travel – travel will vary on market area
  • Must be a self-starter / self-motivator
  • Ability to productively work from home and in the field
  • Effective and assertive communication skills
  • Calm under pressure a plus
  • Confidence at a job site and training environments with multiple people in attendance
  • Ability to work with power tools


  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, twist and bend
  • Able to lift up to 70lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders / scaffolding


  • Outdoors, varying climates, depending on the market area
  • Indoors and climate controlled at times


  • High School education or equivalent
