REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Advertising
  • 5+ years of professional B2B experience in SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
  • Self-sufficient in campaign set-up and routine optimization/maintenance for PPC, display, video, paid social, and email campaigns.
  • Strong campaign planning, strategy development, and project management abilities are required
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot or Marketo is a must, a plus for a working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Experience with reporting tools including Google Analytics, MOZ, Hotjar, SEM Rush, and Google Search Console.
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES | NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Collaborate with content and creative team members to develop high performing campaigns; produce creative briefs, provide creative feedback, coordinate production, and execution.
  • Develop and manage email marketing to support business priorities, including lead nurturing, acquisition, brand awareness, promotional, and announcement emails; manage email marketing calendar.
  • Develop personalized journeys to nurture and qualify leads.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s websites utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, google AdWords, and PPC.
  • Facilitate with customer experience testing strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) throughout the customer journey (landing page, conversion forms, etc.)
  • Determine how visitors and customers are behaving and identify key priorities for redesign and/or optimization.
  • Track daily budget across all online platforms to ensure spending efficiencies and cost management.
  • Ensure closed-loop integration into CRM/ERP platforms of all leads.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
  • Oversee the social media marketing; increase brand visibility, pageviews, engagement with content, and ad impressions.
  • Cultivate and help with the management of our online and social media brand identity; ensures it aligns with overall brand strategy.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
