Position Summary: The Accounting Coordinator will act as point of contact between the different parts of the Accounting Department. We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented person who excels at multitasking. The Accounting Coordinator will also assist the Accounting Manager as needed.


  • Working with other members of the Accounting Department to compile, analyze, and report financial data
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports
  • Ensure that all financial records are complete and accurate
  • Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information or other documents
  • Update files, upload forms and submit required reports on a time sensitive basis
  • Scanning, filing and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • File, manage, and store accounting related paperwork
  • Perform general office duties as well as other assignments from the Accounting Manager
  • Obtain necessary information to resolve unusual problems
  • Assists in special accounting projects
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting Department


  • 1 year of Accounting experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills
  • Strong understanding of Accounting principles and financial reporting
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality


Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Financ
